Hello! Welcome to our Faith Formation Registration Page. Here, you will find all the necessary information and forms for our Sunday Morning Faith Formation Programs.

Faith Formation Registration for the 2023/2024 year is going on NOW! Classes start soon, so please register your child/youth. Early registration helps us prepare material, classes, and be prepared for a great year.

Registration is ALL ONLINE NOW and can be accessed through My Own Church (MOC) via ParishSOFT tulsa.parishsoftfamily... Contact Jo, Embry or Michael with any questions. Registracion de Catecismo para el año 2023/2024 esta ocurriendo AHORA! Las clases comienzan pronto, por favor registre a sus hijos/jovenes. Pronta registracion nos ayuda a preparar materiales, clases, y tener un año espectacular!

La registracion es EN LINEA en Ingles pero tambien tenemos formas en papel en la oficina parroquial. Se puede acceder a través de My Own Church (MOC) a través de ParishSOFT tulsa.parishsoftfamily... Puede mandarla por correo electronico, fax al 918-272-1966, o llevarla a la oficina parroquial.
