The Altar Society meets the first Tuesday of each month (September-May) at 7:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall. All women of the parish are automatic members of the Altar Society and are encouraged to come and make new friends. The funds raised from our annual Christmas Bazaar enable us to provide all the altar supplies necessary for our parish, funeral meals for families of parishioners, a scholarship each year for a high school graduationg female parishioner, donations to community service projects, and receptions for First Communion and Confirmation. There are a few of the ongoing projects we do each year. Excess funds are earmarked for future altar and Church needs. This year monies have been set aside for the kitchen of the future Family Life Center. It takes a lot of heart and hands to make our Altar Society successful and new members are always welcome.
